Liquid biopsy has opened the door to diagnosing and monitoring solid tumors using liquid samples instead of traditional tissue biopsies. In these workflows, circulating DNA (ctDNA/cfDNA) extracted from plasma is typically analyzed using techniques such as digital PCR or NGS. The advantages over invasive tissue biopsies are well known: lower risk, repeatability, and easier patient follow‑up. However, one of the main limitations in real workflows is still pre‑analytical handling: sample stability, logistics, and standardization often become bottlenecks.
With 300K’s plasma stabilization technology, circulating DNA can be preserved with purity and integrity comparable to frozen samples, without relying on cold‑chain conditions.
If you work with liquid biopsy, how would this fit into your day‑to‑day practice? Would freeze-dried plasma samples work in your current workflow?
