In the freeze-drying process, buffer plays a critical role in the protection and stabilization of biological samples. In addition, it must facilitate the reconstitution in an effective manner. At 300K we have developed specific buffers for each type of sample, composed of different excipients that guarantee maximum protection and stability of the product during the freeze-drying process and subsequent storage.
