DNA integrity by TapeStation:
Evaluation of the quality and integrity of the purified gDNA performed with Agilent 2200 TapeStation. Same purified DNA is evaluated in fresh and after stabilization and drying with the 300K method. Comparable DIN values are obtained at different time points of long term storage either at room temperature or at accelerated ageing conditions (*).
DNA Sequencing
Single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis of the same sample in 3 different conditions: fresh sample at 24 hours (Pink) 300K lyophilized DNA (blue) and DNA sample under a cycle of -80ºC. The results show the same alterations (chromosome 11 shown in the example) are detected in the 3 conditions of DNA storage.
